The Berenstain Bears The Very First Christmas by Jan and Mike Berenstain

Papa Bear reads to Brother and Sister from their storybook Bible about the first Christmas.

While I have always found the Berenstain Bears books to be full of teachable moments and moral lessons, I'm really liking the faith stories that have come out.

I found this book to be fairly accurate in the telling of Christ's birth and my grandchildren, as always, enjoyed me reading it to them. I also love the illustrations as the characters that portray the birth of Christ are all Bears. The Very First Christmas fits perfectly with what I have come to expect in a Berenstain Bears book.
