The group is investigating several different cases in this book. A friend of Griffin, Parker and Declan is found dead at an office retreat and it looks like he is being framed for murder. Then Declan and Tanner are investigating a human trafficking/terrorist smuggling ring. Both cases are interesting, but the story mainly revolves around Declan and Tanner's relationship as it develops. They are really a sweet couple. Declan's eyes are opened to Tanner's ability to care for herself as they encounter attack after attack. Kate is still searching for Luke and that could lead to danger for all of the team.
I really enjoyed Blind Spot! The exciting events kept the pace moving along to the very end. Not only did the danger that Declan and Tanner found themselves up against, but also the romance between the two, kept this reader entertained and unable to put the book down until the exciting conclusion. And talk about a cliffhanger! Ack! This one has just been released and I am already pining away for the next book! If you haven't read the first 2 books in the Chesapeake Valor series I highly recommend them.
