Hours To Kill by Susan Sleeman

Agent Addy Leigh is on the trail of a brutal killer who is now running guns instead of drugs. Something big is about to happen and Addy's family is being threatened. Following up on a clue in the case Addy calls her estranged husband and leaves a message asking for his help. Unfortunately Addy is in an accident right after the call and has no recollection of calling Mack nor what the lead that she was following was. Can Mack and the Red team help Addy figure out what is going down before it is too late? And can Mack and Addy have a new start in their relationship?

HOURS TO KILL was exciting and intense. Not just the suspense, but the relationship between Addy and Mack. I loved both characters and was routing for them to succeed in their relationship. For those of us that were waiting to see the outcome of the Montgomery Three case that the Red Team has been working on we were not disappointed. While not front and center in HOURS TO KILL, it is finally wrapped up and lends excitement to the end of the story. I think this is the end of the Homeland Heroes books. I really enjoyed the Red Team and I'm looking forward to seeing what is next for author Susan Sleeman. I highly recommend HOURS TO KILL, especially if you have read the other two books in the series.
